Responsibilities:
- receive, document, set requirements and accept results from job requests
- consult managers, heads of departments and management on personnel-related issues
- communicate with the resource management team and the search team for new projects
- organize and conduct corporate events
- create and maintain the HR brand and corporate culture of the company
Requirements:
- maintain communication in Belarusian, English and Russian languages
- publish and update current vacancies on various information resources: job sites, social networks, specialized resources, forums, chats, instant messengers, etc.
- engage in an active search for candidates (LinkedIn, Rabota.by, Upwork, Telegram chats, etc.)
- organize an interview with the hiring manager (agencies, partner companies)
- maintain the relevance of the candidate database
- keep reports on all vacancies
- office work support
- be ready for additional education in the field of artificial intelligence and computational linguistics
